Louisville reaches $16 million per year deal with Adidas.

I imagine being in the ACC helped a bit with this. Adidas will be making Louisville their flagship for college athletics.

This puts Louisville's Adidas deal close to Ohio State's $16.8 million per year deal with Nike and Texas' 16.7 million per year deal with Nike. All of these numbers are averages because Louisville's is for 10 years, and the other two are for 15 years. They have up front payments and incentives and apparel itself. These numbers are taking the total and dividing by the years.
