because our tickets were "fake". We bought them from the VT Ticket Office. They were 4 tickets in a group of probably 40 that were purchased at the exact same time. We got to our seats, someone was already in them. We did the whole, you show me your tickets and I'll show you my tickets. They were the exact same. Went downstairs to the least helpful FedEx field ticket office person on earth, he took OUR 4 tickets back to some "office", came back out with a piece of paper that he had scanned our tickets on and wrote "VOID" on all 4 of them. Called security and showed us the door.

Had we bought them from a sketch ball in the parking lot, a random friend of a friend then maybe I could understand. We are Lot 1, right outside the Entrance Hokies and have been buying LOTS of season tickets for very long. Please tell me how this is possible??

And YES, all 4 of our tickets scanned at the main entrance of FedEx perfectly and then again when we got in to the Club Level.
