Are they allowing Trinidad to choose from "High Post" but not you?

I'm coming at this from the cheap side (my rank is ~5,600 and I choose next Tuesday). But when I login I think all I see are "High Post" available (as I don't see the stranded singles in the "In the Paint" you're discussing). Also, there are a number of "High Post" already taken (including the two Trinidad describes).

As I have said I knew I might get bumped. But if I get bumped twice I would much rather have my money back and buy on the street than be forced to buy a lower level ticket.
