The point here is that VT doesn't need to play perennial bottom feeders. They need to play teams that can finish with double digit wins 10-15 wins is significantly better than a team with 4-8 wins.

And you can't tell me Buzz and his DBO can't figure out from year to year who's going to be moderately decent and who isn't.
