The Intent to Sell threshold in VA is harsh man, as a Seattle resident


People have a bazillion times that for 100% personal consumption that is readily available at recreational shops. I understand it's the law and he needs to be known plain and simple by our athletes. The system just drives me nuts on these types of situations.
