Will never happen as long as the money is big....


There will always be coaches that will take the risk if the reward is perceived to be big enough. They will rationalize it, they will believe they won't get caught......ETC. Only way to end the problem is to shut it all down. Otherwise, live with it.....It's not changing as long as big money is involved.
