Yup...someone(s) are going to have to be sacrificed

The NCAA is going to have to offer up a couple sacrifices to save their own skin and keep their $billions. Looooville is an easy one and Petino can retire, OK State too (though it depends on if T Boone decides to weigh in), Auburn and AZ may be more difficult but may have to get slapped a bit.

USC and scUM are repeat offenders and big moneymakers. Those are the ones I see them protecting.
