Today's younger fans would hate his offense
I loved it. Power football, some option, and play action deep, used the TE. Ran two TB and embraced the I with that lovely FB to block and catch the occasional pass. He was underrated but time passed him by. We played different.competition in those days. Bully ball was a bit easier to pull off IMO.
An aside-He hit a nice draw off the tee and was about a 4 handicap, very competitive and not afraid to lay down some coin on a good game. Loved playing golf with him.
