just about anybody. He also seems to be a genuine, down to earth guy who is very self aware. He isn't Saban from an X and O's, task master stand point. He also isn't a greasy Chris Beatty or John Blake used car salesman type.

He is a genuine guy, a decent manager who can delegate, and a pretty darn good motivator. Its easy to see the appeal of playing or working for a guy like that.
