VT's aim should be well beyond what your expectations are, IMO. Washington was there last year and may well be again this year by the time the dust settles. Tell me what they have VT doesn't.

This program was on the brink once and could not get it done, but that was with a mercurial player who was a generational talent. VT failed to capitalize on that then and fell back to the fringe top 10-15.

There is no reason VT cannot return to that top tier status and no reason they can't sustain that at the very least every recruiting cycle.
