A special opportunity to leave. I don't see him leaving for Tennessee for instance. I think if an Oklahoma were to open up, that could be problematic. But OU is at least 4-5 years away from opening.

The biggest short term worry IMO is Nebraska. The pressure isn't QUITE as big there as it is at Oklahoma. It's closer to home and the money would be more.

But he has it very well here. He's making a respectable salary and there isn't a ton of pressure to win big here (winning 9 or 10 games a year for the most part and making the playoffs a couple times would make him a legend here).
