when factoring in that 1 team originally scheduled to play Indiana or Purdue (based on the rotation model) will get bumped to the following year in order to preserve the IU-PU annual game? The reason I went 4.5 is because there may be some teams that can do it in 4 years, but there may be a few teams that need 5 or even 6 years (depending on how the bump plays out) to do it.
