Do the schools have an option to pass on ND?


It may be a binding requirement in the ACC-ND agreement since ND may not want to give up the opportunity to play in a state (i.e. GA since you used GT) for recruiting purposes. I do like your idea though and wouldn't be opposed to it especially if the ACC can use the 6-1-3 (D-PCD-CD) model.
