Thats why 2019, is the target

first announce last year, to work in with ESPN packaged renewal
by end of 2017 (fiscal year ending june 2018, studios at schools be completed. There is only one standard ESPN standard, and each school will have to be certified by the espn/conference team.
In 2018, the studios will be tested and exercised, with sample productions to be created and managed. [period of testing july 1 2018 to june 30 2019 Each production also has to meet espn studio standards.

Then in July 2019 network starts.....

The savings for the network, is that the schools will have to staff the studios, in the field, that's cut in manpower to espn. Also cost of the studios will be expensed by the schools and the conference. Thats why they can consolidate at espn bristol. This results in more profiles.

Also expects the schools will be required to generate content. The content will be not only the sporting event, but content from each of their schools.
