Did the 'injured' get the policy max or suing me for over what the Ins Co. offered...?

The dude was in no way injured, apparently he stood outside w/my wife awaiting the police {she rear-ended a Tesla, lol... about 10k of property damage}

I have an Ins Co assigned lawyer, and she is attempting to get the whole thing dismissed.
