But 'judgement' according to who? The Ins Co is only one who has made


an adjudication, from what I know...

I cannot see how a fender bender @ 5 MPH can be > then my policy liability limits.

Of course, the plaintiff may just be hunting for dollars, which is what I suspect / fear...
