The Ram's Club spent north of $15 mill in legal fees to 'fix' this . . .


The NCAA knew kerolina would take them court if they hammered them . . . and the NCAA would lose. See Penn State. The bylaws simply weren't strong enough in this area. They have been amended them to better deal with this kind of thing but can't be applied retroactively. Hence, the cheaters skate.
