I agree. We shouldn't have to tip.


Wait staff should be paid a reasonable wage.
In what other industry is it considered the customer's responsibility to pay staff instead of the the employer?
If you wanted to tip because you felt that person went above and beyond, that's fine.

All that being said, until that change comes, I will will continue to tip well
