outrage, and do nothing but accept the status quo, we become a little more morally bereft. Why should Emmert. Swofford and the University Presidents do anything if it doesn't affect them personally.
After retiring from the federal government several years ago, and then working for the state for 5-years, the one truism I learned about management is: "If it doesn't effect them personally, they don't care." We need to make them feel it personally. Alas, we probably won't.
