I saw a list of best small towns in America.

I won't mention the name of the town because I don't want to slander it. But the city that was #6 on the list was in my home county. It is by far the worst place to live in the county in a "crack alley" sort of way. Totally trashy. It was almost a practical joke that it was on the list. The 6 closest towns to it are decidedly better and it isn't even debatable. I can't imagine that there is enough money in the town to even bribe the writer.
