an autoimmune syndrom triggered by a Strep infection. She just went absolutely CRAZY with outbursts and serious symptoms. Went to a shrink for a year with no results. Grandfather was reading an article in "Discover" mag and just broke down crying with discovery of what may be affecting her. They are going to Georgetown (from NC) for treatments. Prayers needed that she will see some resolution. Wonderful family from top to bottom.
