Is the NCAA irrelevant now?

Apparently they have no meaningful authority. Why not just throw all the rules out after the UNC debacle?

Will the Federal basketball investigation drive the final nail into the NCAA coffin as the power 5 schools split off?

The UNC decision makes me want to barf. A load of firewood to a players family from a non-donor means the loss of thirty scholarships over three years, but setting up BS classes for athletes to maintain eligibility means nothing?

Where does it end?
