The problem is not the NCAA. It is us buying in to the charade


that all these kids are student athletes. If it takes weak course offerings, tutors, plaigiarizing etc. to keep these kids eligible than the problem is not the NCAA.

The ONLY way to fix this problem is to require higher entrance standards that can’t be gamed. Otherwise, we are just fooling ourselves so we can have great football and basketball for our entertainment.

The NCAA has a legitimate mission including but not limited to recruiting violations. But educational standards are on all of us, not them.
