If for some strange reason the ACC wanted to kick the game


off at 7:20AM, then does Blacksburg have any ordinances that would prevent VT from being able to do it? Given the "popularity" (might be relative here) of ESPN's 24-hour bball coverage at the beginning of the season, I am a little surprised no network has considered trying it for football.
