A woman says a man did something to her she considered inappropriate. Does she not get to define what is inappropriate as far as she's concerned? Or is someone else entitled to negate her opinion?

BTW, the radical feminists who consider sex to be rape are a small extremist group. They do not represent the mainstream, and associating "me too" with them is disingenuous.
