A woman definitely gets to define what makes her


uncomfortable and what she feels is inappropriate.

But what an single individual FEELS does not HAVE to represent what society defines as inappropriate. That essentially give individuals the right to make "laws/rules" up on the spot, just based on how they feel.

Sexism is rampant and as that article says many men don't even realize it. That should change.

However, there is a point in the curve where if person feels uncomfortable or that something is inappropriate (whether it be sexism, profanity, general rudeness, etc), and most of society doesn't think the same way, then the remedy for that is up to the individual, not for all of society to change for them. Now before you get mad reread the previous paragraph.
