Probably not. As much as we hate the UNC defense, now that the

NCAA has bought that as a valid defense, you can clearly see how those other cases are different.

USC didn't buy houses for the families of other students, they did it for Reggie Bush.

Syracuse gave a few specific athletes falsified grades or credit....not the general student population.

I don't remember UConn's specifics, but probably the same point.
