Do you need an annual contract? Here in CO, we just

have sprinkler turn on, and then winterization. Total for both combined is between $100-$200 a year. Or neighbors rent a compressed air machine and do it ourselves. We don't have that certification thing you mention. We just call random places to do the 2 services as needed.
