I would hire the best person period ...


I think if you do your due diligence, you wouldn't hire a woman (or man) who would falsely accuse you of sexual harassment and if they feel respected and well-treated during their employment, hopefully it would never be an issue. Also, as an employer, you have a responsibility to yourself to document EVERYTHING. As soon as you suspect something might be amiss, it needs to be addressed immediately.
