I don't know why the replies surprise me - I guess they shouldn't


And yet people still wonder why women feel that they aren't treated fairly in the workplace. The idea that you would hire less than an ideal candidate because she could potentially lie and say that you harassed her? Seriously?

What would you say to a woman who had to choose between two jobs? Say one job was better but it was working for a man. Would you suggest she work for the woman because the man might harass her?

I've had jobs since I was 15 years old (that's a lot of years) and I have endured my share of harassment from superiors, coworkers and clients. I would still continue to choose the job that I felt was best for me (assuming my gut didn't tell me the manager was a jerk).
