Big difference in your example


The woman gains either way, especially today. The hiring man does not.

I think very, very few men harass or assault women in the workplace. I think if the lines keep moving about what is considered such, regardless of logic, then men will rightly want to be cautious.

I participate in hallway conversations now where a woman will have done something drastic with her hair, or is wearing a clearly new outfit, and the other women will say "That looks great!" and the men are afraid to say anything.
