Cord cutters - How do I watch the Browns-Vikings London Game?


I can't seem to find anything clear on this. It's on NFL Network, which does me no good since I don't have that. The NFL's website also shows the Amazon Prime logo, which I do have however all articles I can find on NFL and Amazon Prime only say they're streaming Thursday night games. I know the Baltimore London game was streaming on Yahoo but I can't find anything saying the Browns game will be. My brother thinks I can log onto his DirectTV account on a laptop and watch NFL Network that way, is that possible? He also has Sunday ticket but I know Sunday Ticket doesn't show the international games.
