UNCheat was smart. It let some regular students take the classes.

This is what let UNCheat off the hook. Basically, a huge technicality is what save UNCheat's butt. If only athletes had taken these fake classes, then the NCAA could have nailed those people for impermissible benefits.

And if anyone is waiting on the accreditation board to actually do something, you'll be waiting for the rest of your life. The accreditation board has 2 punishments. 1 is probation for x period of time. 2 is pull accreditation.

If anyone thinks the accreditation board would ever pull it's accreditation from a university like UNCheat, I have a parcel of undeveloped land in the middle of NYC for sale.
