No its the total lack of exercise. Kids live on their devices and

seldom play outside. Youth sports are on a real decline. Our local little league football is down to a couple teams and baseball not much better. All you have to do is walk into an elementary school and get a shock at the number of overweight kids. Its an epidemic that no one seems to care about.
