That loss pretty much ended any post season hopes that we had (they were slim to begin with). NC State and Clemson have passed us the past 2 seasons. The team has played hard all season. Numerous OT loses. There's just not enough talent and depth to compete with the upper two-thirds of the ACC. I was hoping for a win on senior day. It would be nice to have a convincing win over Syracuse to end the season.

I'm assuming if Chugger fails to make to NCAA playoffs next season that he may be on the hot seat. He's been very successful during his time here except for the past two seasons (even though they weren't bad, just not good enough). He has a talented freshman class coming in, but I have a feeling that it's going to take a few more talented recruiting classes to get back into being a perennial top 20 program.
