Amazing that doubling fuel price wouldn't change much percentage wise.

also note that the sample points were where scales are located. While it's the best place as far as a poll, it eliminates the trips between scales that may be in-state only. Say Roanoke to Blacksburg only, etc. (I didn't read the methodology that close)
