Dinner, campus tours, academic meetings, and then everybody goes to the football game. It works that way for most sports as far as I can tell. Tech baseball and softball also have a recruiting assistant now (Lexi Denny, former Radford women's soccer player), so I think activities and the detailed approach have gone up to a new level under the current staff.
