Year one alone, I'd give it a B.

Brooks had little depth to work with at all positions. He successfully turned Sami Hill into a real contributor. The WNIT performance was pretty solid.

Also, he had a good offseason. Taylor Emery and Alexis Jean were added as JUCOs, and Aisha Sheppard will make an impact too.
