To steal an oft used Beamer/Stiney phrase, we simply didn't execute.
Say what you want about coaching all you want. I'm certain plenty have. I don't have time to read all of the armchair coaches opinions, but we had a few plays we didn't execute. And those plays were the difference, IMHO.
A fumble deep in Miami territory (granted, it was a vicious helmet on ball hit, well executed on the defenders part), poor hand off on a 4th down, missed block on another, all on good play calls, and we didn't execute, and a dicey PI call. We left points on the field on those plays. It's stuff like that Fuente is referring to have a slim margin for error.
All in all, we could have played better, but it didn't take much to swing it from a L to a W.
