Yeah, the Floyd call was most awful call I've seen in years

Its called hitting the "passer". Not the runner. If a player is not in the act of passing you can hit him. It happens on every play among just about every player.

Obviously, Rosier was free to throw a block, but not receive one apparently?

Watch Saturday how many times we hit the QB after he option pitches it vs GT.

That was infuriating.
