I think the way I that freestyle has evolved folkstyle helps instill a...


...n aggressive nature of wrestling. And honestly I don’t think there is a benefit from freestyle to folk. There may be a benefit, but I don’t see it. It doesn’t hurt folk, but I don’t see where wrestling in that style helps wrestling in folk.
