Atlee, what you describe makes no sense

(that doesn't mean I don't believe you, just that seats in 4A and 4B are not, IMO, handicap accessible). We've had occasion to get handicap seats for friends, and they were always just as you entered the portal, where there is a wide walkway.
In MBB this year, 306 seats were blocked off for ADA, and thus non-selectable by you and me. I know from experience, these seats are readily sold on a game by basis, to non-handicapped individuals. WBB had 128 seats blocked off for ADA. My wife and I regularly sit there, because we buy general admission tickets to WBB, and we've sat there for years. Occasionally someone with a handicap shows up, and we just move accordingly.
Now that being said, why do the AthDept/VTTO reserve so many seats for ADA? Again, of the 1383 seats blocked off for selection for MBB, 306 were ADA, and we couldn't select them. The AthDept has below zero credibility with me, and these are just some of the reasons.
The new Hokie Family is, IMO, increasingly dysfunctional. They are now a corporate entity, had there actions have turned me from a fan to a customer. However, because of this, I am now demanding customer service, --- and I'm not getting it.
