I'm on oxy' s for a bit but I'll taper off onto muscle relaxants


Since back muscle spasms will likely be my worse recovery pain. Basically I'm to avoid any bending, lifting, twisting until at least my 1st follow up (2 weeks) Listening to my body. If my body's says no, then don't push myself. So lots of laying down and taking the dogs for walks. Luckily we live rural and I'm able to walk them off least through some fields
