Upon reflection,it should have


never gotten to 4th down. VT had a 3rd and 1 against a GT line that certainly was beatable. VT had two downs to get 1 yard and passed both plays. If you can`t get 1 yard running the ball on two downs,you don`t deserve to win the game. Running would have been the smart move rather than risking throws.
