Never heard Lincoln called a tyrant before. This wasn’t about loyalty to


State or Country. It was about a stubborn man or maybe family not having respect for the law. That’s all it is. I see nothing else & it was in 1912.
Race relations aren’t perfect & probably never will be but blacks would not want to go back to the relations of 1912. Most people wouldn’t. Women couldn’t even vote until 1920. It’s easier to remember the good & forget the bad about the “good ole days”.
