The Pac 12 has serious problems as a result of television
Every coach in the Pac 12 complains about the night games they have to play. It's not just a competitive disadvantage when there is a short week ahead. It's not just an inconvenience to the fan base. It also induces the majority of the country to ignore their football games, because no one in the east stays up after 10:00 pm to watch those games. The Big 12 has a similar problem, albeit to a lesser degree.
Top to bottom, I think the Pac 12 is probably the weakest P5 league. But how do you recruit when no one watches your games?
