Some old timers help me out.


Was trying to think of a similar goal line stand late in the game to seal a victory in Lane Stadium history. Am I correct that in 1972 VT stopped SMU late to seal a 13-10 victory? Didn't Tom Shirley make a stop or two inside the 5?
