Either way, here we go.....

Miami 37 Pittsburgh 17: The score will be worse than the game actually appears I think. I expect a close game throughout before Miami pulls away late.

Georgia 31 Georgia Tech 21: People expect UGA to win in a big way. I don't see it happening that easily. The Dawgs will still be too much for the Jackets, but it will be close throughout.

Florida 21 Florida State 19: There are a lot people simply assuming that the Noles will win this and get their bowl bid. NOT SO FAST. The Gators are a mess, but they can somewhat redeem their season with a win over the hated Noles, ruining the last bit of what they could salvage.

Kentucky 41 Louisville 21: The Wildcats are on their way up under Mark Stoops. The Cards are on their way down. Lamar Jackson's last regular season game goes down as a disaster.

Syracuse 35 Boston College 21: I'd pick the exact opposite if the game were in Chestnut Hill. Damn the dome.

Wake Forest 37 Duke 14: Wake gets themselves to 8-4 in impressive fashion. Duke fails to lock up their bowl bid in Winston Salem.

NC State 27 North Carolina 17: The end of a disaster season for the Heels. Offense continues to come at a premium for the Heels while the Pack does enough to win, but little else to impress.

Clemson 24 South Carolina 21: Clemson hits a last second FG to seal the victory. South Carolina is MUCH improved this year and will make the Tigers scratch and claw for everything.

And finally......

UVA 34 Virginia Tech 17: Sigh. The streak ends at 13. The Hokies are limping to the finish whereas the Hoos have been playing relatively well. The intangibles are on the side of UVA, including the game being in Charlottesville. Not only do the Hoos win, it isn't close. And the streak that began when the players were in elementary school (preschool for some) ends. REALLY hope I'm wrong.
