Could be the new danger/exposure rule


basically the new rule this year is you can't expose your back for too long or they'll call it a takedown. Especially considering this needed a challenge to over-rule I think you can find 2 or 3 consecutive seconds the back was exposed hence the takedown should have been awarded.

Although it looks like Chisko could have stepped over both legs near the end to establish takedown criteria beyond the shadow of a doubt.
