Haught gets by with brute strength and will, but is simply not as experienced and Saavy as guys like Moore. Moore has tons of international experience and is a better technical wrestler. Haught has the ability to beat Moore, but can't take errant shots as his defense is not great when he gets in a bad position as we have seen twice lately.
